Viyash Scientific Limited Rating Withdrawal for Bank Facilities

Viyash Scientific Limited has announced the withdrawal of the credit rating previously assigned to its bank loan facilities by India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra). The request for this withdrawal was initiated by the company. Notably, the company maintains active coverage with ICRA Ratings, which recently upgraded its credit rating to [ICRA] AA- (Stable) as of April 22, 2026. This development does not impact the company’s ongoing financial obligations.

Rating Withdrawal Details

Following a formal request from the company, India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has officially withdrawn the rating for its bank loan facilities. The facilities, which amounted to INR 350 million, had been previously affirmed at ‘IND AA-’/Stable/’IND A1+’ prior to the withdrawal. The rating agency has finalized the status of these facilities as ‘WD’ (Withdrawn) effective May 21, 2026.

Continued Credit Coverage

Despite the withdrawal of the India Ratings coverage, Viyash Scientific Limited remains under the credit assessment of other rating agencies. Most significantly, the company received an upgrade from ICRA Ratings on April 22, 2026, which assigned a rating of [ICRA] AA- (Stable) to the company’s credit profile. This move reflects the company’s sustained financial health and stable outlook in the current market environment.
