Black Box Limited Expansion into Saudi Arabia and Strategic Divestments

Black Box Limited has announced a strategic expansion in Saudi Arabia with the incorporation of Black Box Technologies Company. Simultaneously, the company is refining its global operations through the divestment of its stake in Black Box DMCC for USD 4,000,000 and the closure of AGC Networks L.L.C., Abu Dhabi. These moves mark a significant pivot in the company’s international business structure as it optimizes its footprint across key markets.

Strategic Expansion in Saudi Arabia

As part of its growth initiative, Black Box Limited has successfully incorporated Black Box Technologies Company in Saudi Arabia. This new entity, established on February 17, 2026, is a subsidiary of Black Box Products FZE, UAE. The firm will focus on providing specialized Information and Communication services, including computer consulting, facility management, data processing, and website hosting, aiming to capture new opportunities within the region’s expanding digital sector.

Divestment of Associate Company

Black Box Limited has reached an agreement to divest its interest in its associate, Black Box DMCC. The transaction, valued at USD 4,000,000, is structured to be paid in tranches. The company expects the divestment to be completed effective December 31, 2025, following necessary regulatory approvals. The buyer, KH World Trade Limited, is an independent entity with no affiliation to the company’s promoter group.

Operational Streamlining in UAE

In a separate move to streamline its international presence, the company has officially ceased operations of AGC Networks L.L.C., based in Abu Dhabi. The cancellation of its trade license was formally approved on March 17, 2026. This closure is part of a broader effort to optimize the company’s organizational structure and focus resources on core operational territories. These structural adjustments underscore Black Box’s commitment to improving efficiency and realigning its global business model.
