Each RSU gives the holder the right to one fully paid-up equity share of ₹2. This represents approximately 0.003% of the paid-up equity share capital as of the grant date.
RSU Plan Mechanics
HCLTech uses a trust mechanism for its RSU plans. The trust acquires shares from the secondary market, ensuring no new shares are issued by the Company. The shares are then transferred to eligible employees upon exercise.

Exercise Details

Previously approved grants of 2,107 RSUs under the RSU Plan 2021 and 39,830 RSUs under the RSU Plan 2024 have been cancelled.
