The contract, awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, focuses on the development of the Ged Barrage located between the Hirpura barrage and Lakroda weir in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat. The project is designed to enhance water resource management in the region and encompasses all allied protection activities required for the site.

The project is valued at ₹268.00 crore, excluding GST. The joint venture between DBL and RBL has been tasked with a completion schedule of 24 months.
