Info Edge (India) Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 805.1 crore for the fourth quarter, representing a year-over-year growth of 17.2%. The operating profit for the same period climbed to Rs 322.7 crore, a significant 39.4% YoY increase, with an operating margin of 40.1%.
For the full financial year 2025-26, standalone revenue from operations grew by 15.0% YoY to Rs 3,052 crore, while operating profit rose by 16.9% to Rs 1,137.7 crore. The standalone business generated Rs 1,469.3 crore in cash from operations (pre-tax) for the full year.
Dividend Recommendation and AGM
Reflecting on the steady financial performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.60 per equity share (on a face value of Rs 2/-) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, via video conferencing.
Operational Highlights by Business Segment
The company’s core operating businesses demonstrated consistent growth throughout the year. The Recruitment business reported an overall billings growth of 10% YoY, with Naukri’s database reaching 115 million resumes. The recruitment margins, excluding JobHai, remained strong at approximately 61% in Q4FY26.
In the real estate segment, 99acres continued to gain market share, reporting a 1.9% YoY growth in billings for Q4FY26 and 1.3 million+ listings. The matchmaking segment, including Jeevansathi and Aisle, saw a 23% YoY billings growth in Q4, while Shiksha maintained profitability at the operating level despite a challenging quarter for billings.
