On May 22, 2026, Godrej Properties announced a significant partnership with Tata Projects to accelerate the development of three marquee residential projects in Gurgaon. These projects, located on the highly sought-after Golf Course Road, are set to redefine luxury standards in the region. The contract, valued at INR 1,100 crore, represents a major milestone as the single largest construction contract ever awarded by the developer.
Project Scope and Execution
The partnership covers core and shell construction for Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris. Notably, Godrej Samaris is a forthcoming project situated on a 7.41-acre land parcel in Sector 53, Gurugram. By integrating Tata Projects’ 45 years of infrastructure expertise—which includes landmarks like the New Parliament Building and Noida International Airport—Godrej Properties aims to optimize construction timelines and precision.
