The consolidated EBITDA for the year stood at INR 1,714 million.
Strategic Growth and Capex Milestones
A significant highlight for the year was the progress at the Dahej (Site 4) facility. After receiving necessary environmental clearances and licenses, the company successfully reached the commercial delivery phase in Q3 FY26. This site represents a major component of the company’s future growth strategy, with proposed product mixes focused on both Specialties (60%) and Essentials (40%) businesses.
Business Segment Highlights
The company continues to balance its portfolio between the Essentials and Specialties business units. The Essentials business remains a core pillar, leveraging cost leadership and scale to maintain its #1 position in India and #3 globally (ex-China). Simultaneously, the Specialties business is driving future-proofing through innovation, with investments in the Navi Mumbai Innovation Centre and a strategic focus on fluorospecialties, which began contributing revenue in FY26.
Operational Excellence and Sustainability
Sustainability continues to be central to operations, with the company achieving an 87.5% score under the ‘Together for Sustainability’ framework and a successful recertification of the ISCC Plus GHG Certification for the Dahej site in November 2025. The company maintains a strong commitment to safety, having achieved 120.65 million incident-free manhours across its manufacturing sites as of March 2026.
