GAIL (India) Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The annual net profit stood at ₹6,968.30 crore. For the final quarter (Q4) ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a net profit of ₹1,262.18 crore with a total income of ₹35,819.86 crore.
Dividend Recommendation
Demonstrating its commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of 5%, or Re. 0.50 per equity share, for the financial year 2025-26. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹5.00 per share already paid during the year. The final payout is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

GAIL’s operations remain diversified across several segments. The Natural Gas Transmission business remains a cornerstone of the company, contributing significantly to the annual segment revenue. The company maintains a healthy financial position, reporting total financial indebtedness of ₹17,414 crore as of March 31, 2026, with NIL defaults on loans or debt securities. GAIL continues to focus on its core business areas, including natural gas marketing, petrochemicals, and liquid hydrocarbons, while maintaining a strong credit rating of AAA/Stable Outlook.
