The company achieved a record annual revenue of INR 34,979 million, marking a 16% year-on-year growth. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a significant surge of 51% to reach INR 3,269 million. Profitability also saw robust improvement, with PAT rising 51% to INR 3,269 million. The EBITDA margin expanded to 18.1%, up from 17.1% in the previous fiscal year, driven by operational efficiencies and strong demand across core segments.
Quarterly Highlights
In the final quarter (Q4, Jan-Mar 2026), Sansera delivered a 28% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching INR 9,987 million. Notably, international business outperformed domestic operations with a growth of 47.4%. The ADS business segment emerged as a primary growth driver, with its quarterly topline reaching INR 1,097 million and an unexecuted order backlog standing at INR 44,638 million as of March 31, 2026.
Strategic Milestones and Leadership
Operational progress remained a key theme for the year. Sansera successfully inaugurated its new Pantnagar facility, providing critical capacity for its existing internal combustion engine (ICE) capabilities. Additionally, the company formed a strategic joint venture with Nichidai Corporation, Japan, aimed at expanding its technology portfolio. The Board has recommended a dividend of INR 4 per equity share for FY26. Furthermore, the company announced leadership changes, including the elevation of Rahul Kale to CEO of the Auto business, alongside a refreshed board composition effective May 2026.
