Financial Performance Overview
Bosch Limited concluded the fiscal year with strong momentum. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company recorded revenue of ₹55,657 million, marking a significant 13.3% growth compared to the same period in the previous year. For the full fiscal year 2025-26, total revenue reached ₹200,347 million, representing a 10.8% increase over the prior year.
Segment-wise Business Growth
The mobility sector served as a primary growth engine, expanding by 23.3% in the final quarter. Key contributors to this success included the Power Solutions segment, which grew by 27.4%, and the 2-Wheeler segment, which saw a remarkable increase of 63.4%. Additionally, the Consumer Goods segment reported a growth of 14.3% during the same period.
Profitability and Operational Efficiency
Profitability remained robust, with EBITDA growing by 20.8% sequentially and 14.7% for the full fiscal year. Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed by 37.6% for the full year FY26 compared to FY25. This growth was driven by disciplined expense optimization and the strategic sale of the company’s ‘Video solutions, Access and Intrusions and Communication systems’ business.
Strategic Joint Venture
In a major development for the commercial vehicle segment, Bosch Limited announced a new 50:50 joint venture with the TSF Group, covering Brakes India and Wheels India. The partnership, slated to commence operations by the end of 2026, will focus on e-enabled air systems for commercial vehicles, including Electronic Air Processing Modules and High Voltage Air Compressors, further strengthening Bosch’s position in software-driven mobility.
