Bosch Limited has announced robust financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a 10.8% increase in revenue from operations to INR 20,035 crores. The company also declared a final dividend of INR 270 per share. Additionally, the Board has approved a new joint venture with Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited to develop commercial vehicle air system solutions, signaling a strategic focus on future mobility technologies.

Financial Performance for FY 2025-26

Bosch Limited delivered a strong performance for the fiscal year 2025-26. The company reported a 10.8% growth in total revenue from operations compared to the previous year, reaching INR 20,035 crores. The Profit After Tax for the year stood at INR 2,770 crores, representing 13.8% of the total revenue. This growth was largely driven by increased production volumes in the automotive market, particularly in the passenger car and tractor segments.

Strategic Joint Venture

In a major strategic move, Bosch Limited has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited. The partners will each hold a 50% stake in the new joint venture entity. This collaboration is set to focus on the development and production of commercial vehicle (CV) air system solutions and other products as decided by the joint venture partners. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its technology footprint in the evolving commercial mobility sector.

Dividend and Governance Updates

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 270 per equity share, subject to approval by shareholders at the 74th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for August 11, 2026. Furthermore, the company announced leadership changes, with Dr. Pawan Kumar Goenka concluding his tenure as an Independent Director. Concurrently, the Board has unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Ramadurai as an Additional and Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year term, effective from May 21, 2026.

Operational Highlights

The Mobility segment remained a key growth driver, reporting a 16.9% increase in product sales for the financial year. The Power Solutions division saw 17.6% sales growth, while the 2-Wheeler business experienced a significant 69.1% surge, supported by robust demand and the successful ramp-up of exhaust gas sensors in alignment with the latest implementation of emission norms.
