Annual Financial Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, LMW Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹3,081.84 crore, compared to ₹2,909.40 crore in the previous year. The net profit after tax for the year stood at ₹153.92 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved revenue from operations of ₹3,207.42 crore for the same period, with a net profit after tax of ₹130.73 crore.
Dividend and Strategic Investments
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹35 per equity share (with a face value of ₹10), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 24, 2026. Furthermore, the company has approved an additional investment of up to USD 30 million in its wholly-owned subsidiary, LMW Holding Limited, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre. This capital injection is intended to fund Capex and working capital requirements to support global market expansion.
