The annual EBITDA stood at INR 5,704 million, representing an EBITDA margin of 38.79%, which expanded by 311 basis points. The annual net profit was recorded at INR 3,244 million.
Performance in the final quarter (Q4-FY26) was particularly strong, with revenue reaching INR 4,159 million, a 73.7% YoY increase. Quarterly net profit surged by 211.3% YoY to INR 580 million, with an EBITDA margin of 28.11%.
Segmental Highlights
The company’s growth is driven by a diversified financial services model. The Broking & Trading business remains the largest contributor, generating INR 13,878 million in annual revenue and INR 5,339 million in EBIT. The NBFC segment maintained a loan book of INR 2,653 million, supported by 73 branches and a client base of 40,320.
Operational Milestones and Future Outlook
Share India continues to evolve as a fintech-focused organization, leveraging its proprietary uTrade Algos and Algowire Trading Technologies. As of the end of FY26, the company reported 71,062 subscriptions to its algo platform. Looking ahead, the firm is focused on scaling its MTF (Margin Trading Facility) book, expanding its reach through new retail branches, and diversifying further into merchant banking and insurance broking.
Dividend Recommendation
Reflecting confidence in its financial health, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share (face value INR 2), bringing the total dividend for FY26 to INR 1.60 per share.
