Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) has announced the appointment of Shri Niranjan Mukund Bhalerao as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 6, 2025. Executive Profile
Shri Niranjan Bhalerao, aged 54, holds a B.Com degree from Pune and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings 29 years of experience in refineries, pipelines, and corporate finance from Indian Oil Corporation Limited. His prior responsibilities include management accounting, banking, taxation, audit, shipping, and joint ventures. He briefly served as a Nominee Director for Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited from February 26, 2025, to August 22, 2025.
