Kajaria Ceramics Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kajaria Adhesive Private Limited (KAPL), has officially commenced commercial production of tile adhesives. The new manufacturing facility is located at the SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre in Erode, Tamil Nadu. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for the company, further diversifying its building materials product portfolio and enhancing its manufacturing capabilities to meet the growing market demand for adhesive products across the country.

Kajaria Ceramics Limited has successfully launched commercial operations for its tile adhesive production facility. The project, operated by its subsidiary Kajaria Adhesive Private Limited (KAPL), became operational on May 20, 2026. Located at the SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre in Erode, Tamil Nadu, this facility is strategically positioned to bolster the company’s presence in the specialty building materials segment.
Capacity and Operational Details
The newly commissioned plant features a robust production capacity of 1,08,000 MT per annum, based on a single-shift operational basis. This addition is expected to play a critical role in strengthening the company’s supply chain and improving product availability for its extensive customer base. By scaling its operations in the adhesive sector, the company aims to leverage its existing market leadership to drive further growth and capture increased demand for tiling solutions.
