For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, BLS International recorded a consolidated profit after tax of ₹72,380.02 lakh, compared to ₹53,964.76 lakh in the previous year. The company’s total income for the same period stood at ₹3,09,337.11 lakh. For the final quarter (Q4) ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹18,690.01 lakh.

Dividend and Shareholder Value

Reflecting the company’s strong performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 50% on the face value, equivalent to ₹0.50 per equity share of ₹1/- each. This recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Appointments and Leadership

The company has announced key leadership changes to bolster its growth strategy. Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal has been appointed as the President-Business Development, classified under Senior Management Personnel, effective May 19, 2026. Furthermore, the Board has recommended the reappointment of Mr. Ram Sharan Prasad Sinha as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, beginning August 17, 2026.

BLS International continues to optimize its operations, including the re-appointment of M/s. Nangia & Co. LLP as Internal Auditors for the 2026-27 financial year.
