Full-Year Financial Performance

For the financial year FY26, Eureka Forbes delivered a strong growth trajectory, marking its second consecutive year of double-digit revenue expansion at 11.3%. The company reported Rs. 2,710.5 crore in total revenue. Profitability improved significantly, with Adjusted EBITDA rising 16.4% year-on-year to Rs. 331.9 crore. The Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded for the third consecutive year, reaching 12.2%, up 55 basis points.

Quarterly Highlights

The final quarter, Q4 FY26, saw a healthy 11.6% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching Rs. 683.8 crore. The company successfully expanded its quarterly Adjusted EBITDA margin by 17 basis points to 13.2%, with Adjusted EBITDA standing at Rs. 90.2 crore. This growth was fueled by double-digit performance in the water purifier segment and continued momentum in emerging categories like robotics and air purifiers.

Strategic Transformation and Outlook

Eureka Forbes continues to reshape itself as a multi-category health and hygiene tech leader. The company significantly accelerated its investments, with FY26 Capex increasing by 53% to Rs. 84 crore. Management highlighted a focus on long-term structural growth, supported by a Net Surplus that touched an all-time high of Rs. 443 crore. Looking ahead, the firm aims for a 5-year ambition (FY25-FY30) of doubling its revenue and tripling its EBITDA.

Focus on Service and Innovation

The company’s service business remains a key growth pillar, maintaining double-digit growth in bookings. A strong focus on the filter after-market opportunity has been supported by an influencer campaign that has generated over 1 billion video views. By integrating functional innovations—such as 7,000 Pa hyper suction in new robotics models—and launching new products in the Aquaguard range, the company continues to improve customer experience and market penetration.
