The net profit after tax for the full fiscal year was reported at ₹160.21 crore, reflecting the company’s resilience and operational focus.
Strategic Leadership Realignment
In a move to drive further growth, the board has expanded the responsibilities of Mr. Anurag Kumar, Chief Growth Officer. Effective May 19, 2026, Mr. Kumar will assume the additional responsibility of leading the company’s E-commerce and D2C divisions. Mr. Kumar brings over 28 years of industry experience to this role, having previously held leadership positions at global organizations including Unilever and Tata Play.
Governance and Auditor Appointments
As part of its commitment to strong corporate governance, the company has appointed new auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. M/s. J. Chandra & Associates have been appointed as the Cost Auditor, and M/s. PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP have been appointed as the Internal Auditor.
