JK Paper Ltd. Board Announces Key Leadership Re-appointments

JK Paper Ltd. has announced the re-appointment of two key leaders to guide the company’s future growth. Shri Harshavardhan Neotia has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term, while Shri Harsh Pati Singhania continues his tenure as Chairman & Managing Director. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are set to begin their new terms in 2027, subject to shareholder approval.

Leadership Continuity Secured

The Board of Directors at JK Paper Ltd. has officially recommended the extension of terms for two prominent figures in the company’s governance. This strategic move aims to ensure leadership stability and continued vision as the company moves into the next phase of its operations.

Independent Oversight

Shri Harshavardhan Neotia will serve a second term of five consecutive years as an Independent Director. His new tenure is scheduled to commence on July 29, 2027, and will run until July 28, 2032. Shri Neotia brings extensive experience as the Chairman of the Ambuja Neotia Group, with leadership roles in sectors including real estate, hospitality, and education, alongside his contributions to numerous national heritage and leadership institutions.

Executive Leadership

Shri Harsh Pati Singhania has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. Under his stewardship for over two decades, the company has achieved multifold growth, successful diversification, and several key acquisitions. Shri Singhania remains a prominent leader within the global paper industry and the broader J.K. Organisation, which oversees diverse business interests with a turnover of approximately USD 6.0 billion.
