Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited Q4 & FY26 Financial and Operational Performance Review

Strategic Growth and Expansion

Imagicaaworld is actively executing its growth strategy by expanding its presence beyond its existing western belt footprint. A key development includes the investment of up to ₹100 crore in Shanku’s Water Park in Gujarat. Furthermore, the company successfully won the bid for an entertainment destination at the Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad, which will feature various indoor and outdoor attractions spread across 11 acres.

Diversification into Indoor Entertainment

To ensure year-round consumer engagement, the company is venturing into indoor entertainment by securing exclusive rights for Hello Park in India. This partnership will introduce phygital (physical-digital) parks, complementing the company’s outdoor theme park portfolio. A letter of intent (LOI) has already been finalized for the first location in Hyderabad.

Future Outlook

The company maintains a strong focus on increasing its average revenue per user (ARPU) through bundled offerings, merchandise, and food and beverage operations. By targeting high-population urban centers and leveraging its operational expertise, Imagicaaworld aims to strengthen its position as a leading entertainment platform. Plans are underway to expand into key cities, including Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, and Jaipur, as part of its goal to build a nationwide entertainment network.
