The business was launched with an authorized capital of Rs. 5,00,000, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each. The entire paid-up share capital is fully held by Maharashtra Seamless Limited, ensuring complete management control and strategic alignment with the parent company’s long-term objectives.

The acquisition of the subsidiary was completed via a cash consideration.
