Delhivery has announced a major restructuring of its leadership team, effective May 16, 2026. The logistics giant has elevated several senior leaders to new roles, including Chief Operating Officers for specialized divisions and a new Chief Strategy Officer. These appointments are designed to strengthen the company’s focus on network efficiency, engineering innovation, and long-term strategic growth across its diverse business verticals, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Part Truckload (PTL) operations.
Strategic Executive Appointments
To support its evolving business needs, Delhivery has appointed a series of key leaders to critical operational roles. The appointments include Mr. Arun Bagavathi as Chief Operating Officer – Network Operations, Mr. Prashant Gazipur as Chief Operating Officer – In-city Operations, and Mr. Nikhil Ummat as Chief Operating Officer – Engineering and Automation. These leaders will oversee enterprise-wide performance, last-mile scalability, and the company’s proprietary robotics and drone infrastructure.
Strengthening Procurement and Market Outreach
In addition to operational shifts, the company has appointed Mr. Kumar Sunny Raja as Chief Procurement Officer to manage capex strategy and commercial optimization. Mr. Varun Bakshi, previously responsible for the PTL business, has been named Chief Sales Officer, tasked with driving cross-selling strategies. Furthermore, Mr. Vikas Kapoor has been elevated to Chief Strategy Officer, where he will focus on identifying growth opportunities and aligning the company’s long-term objectives.
