The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹2.65 per share, reflecting a consistent commitment to shareholder value.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Uno Minda demonstrated significant operational resilience and growth. The company achieved a normalized consolidated revenue of ₹19,589 crore, marking a 17% increase compared to the previous year. Profitability also saw healthy gains, with normalized EBITDA rising to ₹2,182 crore (a 16% growth) and normalized PAT reaching ₹1,166 crore, representing a 24% year-on-year improvement.
Q4 FY26 Performance Overview
The final quarter of the fiscal year (Jan-Mar 2026) was particularly strong, with consolidated revenue hitting ₹5,336 crore, an 18% rise over Q4 FY25. Quarterly EBITDA stood at ₹603 crore (a 14% increase), and Profit after tax (PAT) attributable to shareholders grew by 22%, totaling ₹326 crore. Management attributed this success to high-quality growth driven by value-added features and expanded volume across core and emerging product segments.
Strategic Outlook and Dividends
In recognition of the strong annual performance, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share, which is 87.5% of the face value. Including the previously distributed interim dividend, the total payout for FY26 amounts to ₹2.65 per share, totaling ₹153 crore.
Future Growth Trajectory
Looking ahead to FY27, the company is focused on scaling execution and investment in tandem. Seven out of 11 current project lines, including EV Powertrains and Sunroofs, are scheduled to enter commercial production or ramp up in the coming year. These initiatives are expected to align with market trends in premiumization, safety, and electrification, further expanding the company’s kit value per vehicle and solidifying its leadership in the automotive component manufacturing sector.
