In the fourth quarter (Jan-Mar 2026), the company reported standalone revenue of ₹656.36 crore, with a profit of ₹84.31 crore. Consolidated revenue for the same quarter stood at ₹826.10 crore, with a profit of ₹73.48 crore. The company continues to operate within the Engineering Polymers segment, which remains its primary business focus.

During the meeting held on May 16, 2026, the Board finalized several key appointments for the 2026-27 fiscal year. M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors, while M/s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates were named as the company’s Cost Auditor to oversee cost records. The company noted the impact of the new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India in November 2025.
