The consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹10,601.92 million, compared to ₹8,478.43 million in the previous year. Consequently, the company achieved a profit after tax of ₹2,021.24 million, up from ₹1,734.97 million in the previous fiscal year. Performance for the final quarter (Q4: Jan-Mar 2026) remained consistent, with revenue reaching ₹2,886.18 million.

Strategic Leadership Reappointments

The company is committed to maintaining leadership continuity. The Board has approved the reappointment of several key individuals for a second term of five consecutive years, subject to member approval. These include:
