Despite quarterly challenges, the hospital group continues to expand its clinical footprint, operating 26 hospitals with over 7,300 beds. The company remains focused on tertiary and quaternary healthcare as it targets further expansion and improved clinical outcomes in the upcoming fiscal year.
Annual Financial Performance
For the financial year ended 31st March 2026, KIMS Hospitals achieved a total revenue of INR 3,931 Cr, representing a 28.2% growth on a year-over-year (YoY) basis. The company reported an EBITDA of INR 828 Cr, a 1.6% increase compared to the previous fiscal year. However, the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at INR 242 Cr, compared to INR 415 Cr in FY 2025.
Q4 FY 2026 Highlights
In the quarter ended 31st March 2026, the company recorded total revenue of INR 1,084 Cr, an 8.1% growth on a quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) basis and 35.3% YoY. Quarterly EBITDA reached INR 216 Cr, marking a 6.8% YoY growth. The PAT for the fourth quarter was INR 33 Cr.
Operational Achievements
KIMS Hospitals continues to see robust operational metrics. For FY 2026, IP (In-Patient) Volume grew by 15.4% and OP (Out-Patient) Volume grew by 25.4% on a YoY basis. The Average Revenue Per Bed (ARPOB) and Average Revenue Per Patient (ARPP) also showed positive trends, with ARPOB growing by 14% and ARPP by 11.4% for the full year.
Clinical Excellence and Expansion
The company highlighted several clinical milestones during the final quarter, including pioneering cochlear implant surgeries, complex neuro-vascular procedures, and successful life-saving interventions using VV-ECMO across its units in Secunderabad, Kondapur, Seethammadhara, and Kurnool. Management noted that new facilities in Bengaluru, Kerala, and Thane are making steady progress. With plans to add over 1,300 beds through upcoming projects, the group is on track to increase its total capacity to over 8,600 beds.
