Background and Expertise
Mr. Menon is a seasoned industry professional with three decades of expertise across diverse sectors. His professional background includes a career-long focus on supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. He previously served as the Head of Supply Chain, Operations & IT at Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd for over 5 years, where he was instrumental in leading digital transformation and operational excellence programs.
Prior to his time at Bajaj, he spent nearly 22 years with Asian Paints in various senior roles, further cementing his expertise in driving productivity improvements and strategic cost management across the entire value chain.
Role and Effective Date
As the new Chief Commercial and Operations Officer, Mr. Menon will be responsible for overseeing core operational functions and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. His tenure at Godfrey Phillips is set to commence on 1st September 2026, or another date as mutually determined by the leadership team and Mr. Menon.
