Financial Performance for FY26

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 4,46,216 lakh. The year was marked by strategic financial maneuvers, including the recognition of exceptional items totaling Rs. 9,115 lakh. Despite these adjustments, the company remains focused on its long-term growth and capital efficiency initiatives.

Strategic Capital and Dividend

Celebrating 100 years of the Bajaj Group, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 each), subject to approval at the 87th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 6, 2026. Furthermore, to support future operational requirements, the Board has secured an enabling approval to raise funds of up to Rs. 500 crore through the issuance of securities, including non-convertible debentures and commercial papers.

Leadership Transition

The company announced a major shift in its financial leadership. Ms. Ashween Anand has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 16, 2026. Ms. Anand brings over 16 years of experience from global organizations such as Tata Starbucks, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mondelez. She takes over from Mr. Suketu Shah, who served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and has resigned effective from the close of business hours on May 15, 2026.

Segment Performance

The company’s operations remain divided into two primary segments: Consumer Products and Lighting Solutions. The Consumer Products segment recorded revenue of Rs. 3,34,265 lakh, while the Lighting Solutions segment contributed Rs. 1,11,951 lakh for the fiscal year. These segments continue to be the cornerstones of the company’s business strategy, balancing B2B professional lighting and consumer-facing appliances.
