Shri Sukhdev Singh brings a wealth of administrative experience to the role. A 1987-batch retired Indian Administrative Service officer, he holds a B.E. (Mechanical) degree from Punjab Engineering College. Throughout his distinguished 37-year career, he held pivotal roles including Chief Secretary of Jharkhand and District Magistrate. His extensive public service record spans numerous critical government departments, including Finance, Health & Family Welfare, and Human Resource Development.

As per the company’s disclosure, Mr. Singh is not related to any existing members of the board. His appointment is effective immediately as of May 15, 2026, and is aligned with the remainder of his current tenure as an Independent Director, which extends until November 10, 2028.
