Solar Industries India Limited has announced robust financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant 35% increase in annual Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹1,737 crore, driven by a 30% revenue growth reaching ₹9,838 crore. With a strong order book of over ₹21,300 crore and strategic investments in capacity, the company is well-positioned for continued expansion in FY27.

Financial Highlights for FY26

Solar Industries India Limited has concluded a stellar fiscal year, demonstrating consistent growth across all key performance metrics. For the full year FY26, the company achieved net sales of ₹9,838 crore, marking a healthy 30% growth over the previous year. Profitability also saw significant momentum, with Profit After Tax (PAT) rising by 35% to ₹1,737 crore, compared to ₹1,288 crore in FY25. The EBIDTA stood at ₹2,750 crore, reflecting a margin expansion as the company optimized its operational efficiency.

Performance in the Final Quarter

The quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26), was particularly impactful. The company recorded sales of ₹3,053 crore, representing a 41% increase year-on-year. Quarterly PAT surged by 61% to ₹556 crore. This growth was fueled by strong performance across various segments, notably the Defence sector, which saw a remarkable 134% year-on-year growth in quarterly revenue, and the International business, which remains a cornerstone of the company’s revenue stream.

Order Book and Future Outlook

The company enters the new fiscal year with significant momentum, supported by a massive order book exceeding ₹21,300 crore. This order backlog is heavily bolstered by strategic partnerships with CIL, SCCL, and the Defence sector. Looking ahead to FY27, the company has set an ambitious revenue target of ₹14,000 crore, supported by a planned capital expenditure (Capex) of ₹2,050 crore to enhance production capacities and meet the rising demand for its specialized explosive solutions.
