SJVN Limited Financial Results and Dividend Announcement for FY 2025-26

SJVN Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a total annual income of ₹3,869.66 crore and a net profit of ₹1,007.90 crore for the fiscal year. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹1.50 per share.

Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, SJVN Limited achieved a standalone total income of ₹3,869.66 crore, reflecting a solid growth trajectory compared to the previous year. The standalone net profit for the year stands at ₹1,007.90 crore. The financial statements for the final quarter (Q4: Jan-Mar 2026) were finalized and approved during the board meeting held on May 15, 2026.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share already declared in February 2026. This brings the total dividend payout for the year to ₹1.50 per share. The final dividend payment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Project Updates

The financial results reflect the impact of key operational developments. The company has recognized impairment losses of ₹174.11 crore for the year. Additionally, the company continues to advance its hydroelectric and solar power project portfolio, including the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Plant and the 70 MW Dhubri Solar Power Plant, which achieved commercial operation during the fiscal year. The company is also actively working to resolve regulatory and legal matters concerning the Nathpa Jhakri and Rampur Hydro Power Stations to ensure stable long-term billing and revenue recognition.
