Devyani International Limited has announced significant changes to its senior leadership team and the re-appointment of its internal auditors. Effective May 25, 2026, the company has appointed a new EVP & COO for its India operations and updated its internal management structure. Additionally, the company confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Dawar as CEO for a three-year term, alongside the renewal of M/s. VGG & Co. as internal auditors for the 2026-27 financial year.
Executive Leadership Changes
The Board of Directors has approved key organizational shifts to strengthen operational oversight. Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar has been appointed as the new EVP & COO – India, effective May 25, 2026. Mr. Bhatnagar brings over two decades of expertise in the FMCG and e-commerce sectors, including significant experience in large-scale sales, distribution digitization, and marketplace growth.
Additionally, Mr. Pradeep Das will transition to the role of Chief Growth & International Business Officer starting May 25, 2026. Mr. Das, who has been with the organization since December 2022, will continue to serve as a member of the company’s Senior Management Personnel.
Strategic Re-appointments
The company also confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Dawar as the Whole-time Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer. This new term is set for a duration of 3 (three) years, commencing on February 17, 2027, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Internal Audit Renewal
For the financial oversight of the company, M/s. VGG & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been re-appointed as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The firm is recognized for its professional expertise in auditing, taxation, and corporate advisory services, ensuring continued operational transparency for the fiscal year.
