Devyani International Limited has announced significant changes to its senior leadership team and the re-appointment of its internal auditor. Mr. Manish Dawar has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director and CEO effective February 17, 2027. Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar as EVP & COO – India and transitioned Mr. Pradeep Das to a new role as Chief Growth & International Business Officer, both effective May 25, 2026. M/s. VGG & Co. continues as internal auditors.

Strengthening the Executive Leadership Team

Devyani International Limited has finalized key leadership appointments to drive its future growth strategy. The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Dawar as the Whole-time Director and President & Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, commencing February 17, 2027. Mr. Dawar brings extensive experience from his previous roles at major corporations, including Hindustan Unilever Limited and Reckitt Benckiser.

New Operational and Growth Appointments

To bolster its operational efficiency and market reach, the company has appointed Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for India, effective May 25, 2026. Mr. Bhatnagar brings over two decades of expertise in FMCG and e-commerce, notably from his long tenure at Hindustan Unilever Limited and his leadership experience at Amazon India.

Concurrently, Mr. Pradeep Das will transition into the newly defined role of Chief Growth & International Business Officer, also effective May 25, 2026. Mr. Das, who has been with the organization since December 2022, will leverage his two decades of experience in the hospitality and retail sectors to spearhead international expansion efforts.

Internal Audit Re-appointment

The company has confirmed the re-appointment of M/s. VGG & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the 2026-27 financial year. This decision ensures continuity in the company’s financial oversight and governance practices.
