Pricol Limited Robust Growth Continues with Strong Q4 and Full-Year FY26 Financial Performance

Pricol Limited has reported impressive financial growth for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated total income of INR 40,523.70 million for FY26. Driven by a solid performance in the final quarter, Pricol continues to expand its market footprint, securing strategic product launches with major automotive OEMs and earning prestigious industry recognition for its innovation, manufacturing excellence, and commitment to sustainable operations.

Financial Performance Overview

For the fourth quarter of FY26, Pricol reported a Revenue from Operations of INR 1,077.90 crore, representing significant growth compared to the same period in the previous year. The company recorded an EBITDA of INR 143.28 crore with an EBITDA margin of 13.29%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at INR 73.23 crore, resulting in a basic EPS of INR 6.00.

For the full financial year 2026, the company delivered a strong consolidated performance, generating a Revenue from Operations of INR 3,963.85 crore. The annual EBITDA reached INR 492.91 crore, and the Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at INR 250.80 crore, translating to a basic EPS of INR 20.57.

Strategic Product Launches and Innovation

During Q4 FY26, Pricol further strengthened its position in the automotive market through key product launches. Notable highlights include supplying advanced LCD-type instrument clusters for the TATA Motors Sierra and Punch models, as well as the TFT-type instrument cluster for the VE Commercial Vehicles TITAN EV. Additionally, the company launched its LCD-type instrument cluster for the BAJAJ 3W-WEGO EV, underscoring its capability in supporting the transition to electric mobility.

Pricol’s dedication to excellence was recognized with multiple industry accolades. The company was named a winner in the “Excellence in New Model Cost & Development” category at the Honda Annual Supplier Convention 2026. Furthermore, the team achieved success at the TVSM ACMA TPM Implementation Supplier Cluster Event, securing the Silver Award across three core pillars: Jishu Hozen (JH), Kobetsu Kaizen (KK), and Planned Maintenance (PM), while also taking first place in the surprise TPM quiz programme.

Sustainability and Global Reach

Operating with a global presence across 16 countries via direct OEM supplies, Pricol maintains a strong commitment to sustainability. The company currently achieves 100% energy consumption via renewable sources (excluding diesel generators) and continues to prioritize R&D, spending approximately 4.5% of its total revenue on its two dedicated technology centers. These efforts are supported by a workforce of over 8,500 employees and 14 manufacturing plants worldwide.
