Voltas Announces Financial Results for FY 2025-26 and Recommends Dividend

Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Voltas posted a consolidated total income of ₹14,483 crore. The company navigated a challenging economic environment characterized by global supply chain disruptions and currency volatility. While the year saw a profit after tax of ₹370 crore, the company successfully retained its number one position in the Room Air Conditioner market through strategic product refreshes and expanded channel efforts.

Quarterly Highlights

In the final quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, the company recorded a consolidated total income of ₹4,930 crore, showing a positive trend compared to the ₹4,847 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax for this quarter stood at ₹185 crore, with a net profit of ₹113 crore.

Segment Contributions

The Unitary Cooling Products segment remained a cornerstone of the business, generating revenue of ₹9,501 crore for the full year. The Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services segment contributed ₹4,053 crore, while Engineering Products and Services added ₹599 crore to the total revenue. These diversified segments have played a critical role in mitigating the impact of seasonal volatility on the company’s core cooling business.

Shareholder Returns

Recognizing the company’s resilient performance and future-ready position, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹4 per share on a face value of Re. 1. This represents a 400% dividend for the financial year 2025-26, payable on or after the fifth day following the company’s 72nd Annual General Meeting.
