Ms. Anjali Byce, serving as the CHRO, will conclude her tenure at the close of business hours on June 30, 2026, after deciding to move on to new professional challenges.
Appointment of New CHRO
To succeed Ms. Byce, the company has appointed Mr. Sitaram Kandi as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. He will step into the role on July 1, 2026. Mr. Kandi brings over 30 years of experience in the human resources sector, having held significant positions at global corporations including General Electric, Monsanto, Bosch, and TE Connectivity.
Professional Background of Mr. Sitaram Kandi
Mr. Kandi is a seasoned HR professional and an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He holds a degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Osmania University, and completed a program in Business Analytics from IIM Kolkata. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kandi has been integral to the Tata ecosystem, having managed HR and Industrial Relations for various business segments within the group since 2019.
