The company’s former service provider, CB Management Services Private Limited, has merged into MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This corporate restructuring, authorized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, officially took effect on May 8, 2026.
Updated Contact Information for Shareholders
Following this amalgamation, MUFG Intime India Private Limited will handle all registrar functions for JSW Dulux Limited. The company has clarified that while the physical and operational nature of the services remains consistent, shareholders should take note of the new contact information for all inquiries.
