Financial Performance Highlights
For the fiscal year 2026, the company reported an impressive 13.2% growth in total revenue, reaching ₹2,303 crore compared to the previous year. Profitability metrics also saw significant improvement, with PAT increasing to ₹650 crore, a 20.1% growth over FY25. For the final quarter (Q4: Jan-Mar 2026), revenue from operations stood at ₹600.2 crore, reflecting a robust 19.4% year-on-year growth.
Strategic Market Expansion
The company continues to bolster its presence in both emerging and regulated markets. Its Latin American operations remain a key growth engine, while the United States market recorded 28.7% growth in revenue, reaching ₹471 crore. The company’s subsidiary, Caplin Steriles, showed strong momentum in the US, achieving ₹11 million in revenue in its first full year of operations.
Investment and Future Outlook
Caplin Point has committed to an enhanced Capex budget of over ₹1,000 crore for investment projects over the next 2-3 years. With 50% of these projects nearing completion, the focus remains on augmenting production capacities, expanding the product range, and achieving deeper backward integration for its API units. The company remains debt-free, financing these strategic initiatives entirely through internal accruals to ensure long-term, sustainable, and profitable expansion.
Shareholder Rewards
The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (200%) for the financial year 2025-26. Shareholders should note that May 30, 2026, has been fixed as the record date to determine eligibility for the dividend payout.
