Significant Growth in Assets Under Management
Bajaj Housing Finance has announced a substantial increase in its Assets under Management (AUM). As of September 30, 2025, AUM reached approximately ₹1,26,740 crore, marking a 24% growth from ₹1,02,569 crore on September 30, 2024. The growth in Q2 FY26 alone was approximately ₹6,320 crore.
Loan Assets Portfolio Expansion
The company’s Loan Assets (AR) also experienced significant growth, reaching approximately ₹1,13,050 crore as of September 30, 2025. This is a notable increase from ₹89,878 crore as of September 30, 2024.
Q2 FY26 Disbursement Performance
Bajaj Housing Finance disbursed approximately ₹15,900 crore during Q2 FY26. This figure represents an increase compared to the ₹12,014 crore disbursed in Q2 FY25.
