SKF India FY 2026 Financial Results and Leadership Transition

SKF India has announced its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a standalone profit of INR 2,660.1 million. The Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 40 per equity share. Alongside these financial updates, the company confirmed key leadership changes, including the appointment of Mayank Holani as the new Chief Financial Officer and Prahlada GirishKumar to the Senior Management Team, effective May 14, 2026.

Financial Highlights for FY 2026

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, SKF India posted a standalone revenue from operations of INR 21,295.9 million, compared to INR 18,453.4 million in the previous fiscal year. The standalone profit for the year reached INR 2,660.1 million. On a consolidated basis, the company reported an annual revenue of INR 37,633.9 million and a profit of INR 2,659.4 million.

Dividend Recommendation

Demonstrating commitment to shareholder value, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 65th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held via video conferencing on August 14, 2026.

Strategic Leadership Changes

SKF India has announced significant updates to its executive team. Ms. Aashi Arora, the interim Chief Financial Officer, concluded her assignment on May 14, 2026. Consequently, the company has appointed Mr. Mayank Holani as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Holani is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in finance, business transformation, and audit.

Furthermore, Mr. Prahlada GirishKumar has been appointed to the Senior Management Team as the Head of Strategy and Special Projects. With over 33 years of industry experience, his role will focus on driving execution excellence and aligning the organization with its long-term strategic goals.

Annual General Meeting Details

The company has fixed July 3, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of the 65th Annual General Meeting and the final dividend. Shareholders as of the cut-off date of August 7, 2026, will be eligible to cast their votes electronically, with the remote e-voting period commencing on August 11, 2026.
