Angel One Limited has formally appointed Mr. Sridhar Govardhan to the role of Group Chief Information Security Officer. This appointment, effective as of October 1, 2025, follows an earlier announcement made on August 14, 2025.
Expertise and Experience
Mr. Govardhan is a seasoned Information Security professional, bringing more than 24 years of experience in areas including cybersecurity strategy, risk management, compliance, and governance. His previous roles include leadership positions at Wipro, Flipkart and CoinDCX, where he focused on emerging technologies.
