Bharti Hexacom has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a robust 5.4% year-on-year revenue growth for the final quarter, reaching Rs 2,414 crore. For the full fiscal year, the company achieved total revenues of Rs 9,354 crore, reflecting a 9.4% year-on-year increase. The board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of face value Rs 5.
Quarterly Financial Performance
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, Bharti Hexacom reported a strong performance with quarterly revenues of Rs 2,414 crore, marking a 5.4% YoY and 2.3% QoQ growth. The Mobile Services segment remained a primary driver, with revenues increasing by 3.8% YoY. Furthermore, the Homes, Office and Other services segment delivered exceptional growth, surging 65.3% YoY, fueled by the addition of 395,000 customers over the year.
Profitability and Operational Efficiency
The company demonstrated improved operational efficiency, with EBITDA for the quarter reaching Rs 1,314 crore at a margin of 54.4%, an expansion of 113 bps YoY. The EBITDAaL margin improved to 47.9%, reflecting a 129 bps YoY increase. The quarterly EBIT stood at Rs 738 crore with a margin of 30.6%, up 100 bps YoY. Net income (before exceptional items) for the quarter was Rs 466 crore.
Annual Highlights and Dividend
For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Bharti Hexacom reported total revenues of Rs 9,354 crore, up 9.4% YoY. The company’s annual EBITDA was Rs 5,069 crore with a margin of 54.2%, representing a significant 305 bps expansion. In light of the positive performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 18 per fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 5 each, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Growth and Customer Base
The company continues to focus on attracting high-value customers, with smartphone data users growing by 1.2 million YoY, now representing 79% of the total mobile customer base. The total customer base reached 29.62 million by the end of the year. Additionally, the company has actively expanded its network, deploying 245 new towers and continuing to scale its fiber network using the Local Cable Operator Model, which is currently active in 120 cities.
