eClerx Services has announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a robust annual revenue of Rs. 28,584.54 million and a profit for the period of Rs. 4,580.08 million for the fiscal year. In addition to these strong financial results, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Financial Highlights

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, eClerx Services demonstrated strong growth, recording total standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 28,584.54 million compared to Rs. 24,315.19 million in the previous year. The company’s standalone profit for the period reached Rs. 4,580.08 million, reflecting significant year-on-year growth from Rs. 3,595.00 million reported in FY 2024-25.

On a consolidated basis, the group performance was equally impressive, with total annual revenue from operations reaching Rs. 41,170.26 million, resulting in a consolidated profit of Rs. 7,064.69 million attributable to shareholders.

Dividend and Corporate Actions

Reflecting the company’s commitment to shareholder returns, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (face value of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.

Operational Milestones

During the fiscal year, eClerx successfully completed a buyback of 625,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 4,800 per share, totaling Rs. 3,000 million. Furthermore, the company bolstered its capital structure through a bonus equity share issue in a 1:1 ratio, resulting in the issuance of 47,025,359 new fully paid-up shares. The company continues to operate within a single reportable segment focused on data management, analytics solutions, and process outsourcing services, maintaining a stable trajectory for its global operations.
