Financial Performance Overview

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Metropolis Healthcare recorded a standalone revenue from operations of INR 35,203.12 lakhs, reflecting sustained business momentum. The company achieved a standalone profit for the year from continuing operations of INR 15,714.10 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the year ended March 31, 2026, saw revenue from operations climb to INR 164,584.59 lakhs, with a profit for the year attributable to the owners of INR 19,001.74 lakhs.

Dividend Declaration

The Board has declared a 2nd Interim Dividend of INR 1 per equity share (face value of INR 2) for the 2025-26 financial year. Investors should note the record date for this dividend is Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Payment to eligible shareholders is expected within 30 days of the declaration.

Auditor Appointment and Senior Management Changes

Following the completion of the second term of the current statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, the Board has recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP.
