Kaynes Technology India Limited Audited Financial Results and Leadership Updates

Kaynes Technology India Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a robust annual revenue of Rs. 21,278.18 million. Beyond financial performance, the company announced the re-appointment of several key directors and the appointment of new independent board members. Additionally, GA Associates has been appointed as the cost auditor for the 2026-27 financial year, further strengthening the company’s governance and operational oversight.

Strong Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved a standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 21,278.18 million, compared to Rs. 19,154.43 million in the previous year. The standalone net profit for the year stood at Rs. 2,541.06 million. On a consolidated basis, the group demonstrated significant growth, with revenue from operations reaching Rs. 36,263.54 million and a consolidated net profit of Rs. 3,638.90 million for the same period.

Strategic Leadership Reappointments

The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of three key leaders to ensure continuity in governance and strategy:

  • Mr. Alexander Koshy has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting February 21, 2027.
  • Ms. Poornima Ranganath will continue as an Independent Director for a second five-year term effective March 31, 2027.
  • Mr. Jairam Paravastu Sampath has been re-appointed as a Whole-time Director for a five-year term commencing April 01, 2027.

Expansion of the Board

To further diversify its leadership expertise, the board has appointed two new Additional Directors, both serving in the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective May 13, 2026:

  • Mr. Rajesh Balkrishna Mittal, an automotive industry veteran with over 41 years of experience.
  • Mr. Annadurai Mylswamy, a renowned former ISRO scientist and Director of the ISRO Satellite Centre, widely recognized for his leadership in India’s lunar missions.

Corporate Governance and Auditor Appointment

Reflecting its commitment to regulatory compliance and financial transparency, the company has appointed Messrs. GA Associates, a firm of Cost Accountants based in Mysuru and Bengaluru, as the Cost Auditor for the 2026-27 financial year. This appointment was finalized following the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
