The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹3 per equity share, representing 150% of the ₹2 face value. The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. Shareholders eligible for this dividend will be determined based on the record date of Friday, July 24, 2026.
