On May 13, 2026, the Board of Directors of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited approved the acquisition of a healthcare facility in Gurugram. This initiative is designed to bolster the group’s regional service network and expand its total bed capacity within the competitive Delhi NCR market.

Details of the Acquisition

The company is acquiring a hospital asset on an ‘as-is-where-is’ basis. The property, situated in Sector 40, Gurugram, encompasses a land area of 1.30 acres and currently features an under-construction hospital building. Upon completion, the facility is expected to add approximately 250 beds to the hospital chain’s existing capacity.

Investment and Timeline

The transaction involves a total consideration of Rs. 100 Crores for the asset acquisition. Furthermore, the company plans to deploy additional capital expenditure of Rs. 100 Crores, specifically earmarked for medical equipment and site finalization. The acquisition process is expected to reach completion within an indicative timeframe of 45 days.
