TVS Motor Company has concluded the financial year 2025-26 with historic performance milestones. The company achieved its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs. 47,270 Crores, reflecting a 30% growth compared to the previous year. Driven by a surge in demand across all vehicle categories, the company recorded total sales of 5.9 million units and a robust 40% growth in Operating Profit Before Tax (PBT), reaching Rs. 4,975 Crores.
Annual Financial and Operational Highlights
The company demonstrated strong operational efficiency throughout the fiscal year, with the Operating EBITDA margin improving to 12.9%. This growth was fueled by significant volume increases across product segments. Total vehicle sales hit a record 5.89 lakh units, a 24% rise from the previous year. Specifically, Motorcycle sales grew by 24% to 27.13 lakh units, while Scooter sales climbed 27% to 24.13 lakh units. Furthermore, the Three-wheeler segment experienced substantial momentum, surging by 63% to reach 2.19 lakh units.
Strategic Growth in Electric Mobility
TVS Motor continues to lead in sustainable mobility, with its electric vehicle (EV) segment recording a 33% growth, reaching 3.71 lakh units sold during the fiscal year. The company’s commitment to the EV space is further evidenced by its growing customer base, which now exceeds 9 lakh delighted EV owners. The company also announced a shareholder-friendly initiative, with an interim dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share and a bonus issuance of non-convertible redeemable preference shares.
Q4 Performance Overview
The final quarter (Jan-Mar 2026) was particularly strong, delivering a record quarterly revenue of Rs. 12,808 Crores, a 36% growth on a normalized basis. The Operating EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 13.1%, reflecting the company’s ability to scale operations efficiently. Total sales for the quarter reached 15.60 lakh units, marking a 28% increase compared to the same period in the previous year, with standout performances in the scooter and three-wheeler categories.
Global Expansion and Accolades
Beyond financial metrics, the company celebrated several global achievements in the final quarter. Key initiatives included the launch of the TVS Armado in Indonesia, the celebration of 1 million units of cumulative production in that market, and the introduction of the Apache RTR 310 in Morocco. Additionally, the company received multiple industry honors, including Scooter of the Year for the TVS NTORQ 150 and Bike of the Year for the TVS Apache RTX at the Car & Bike Awards.
