The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share, subject to approval by the members at the upcoming 107th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 7, 2026. The record date for the purpose of determining eligibility for the dividend has been set for June 23, 2026, with the expected payment date on or after July 10, 2026.

Strategic Developments

During the fiscal year, the company made significant progress on various strategic initiatives. Notably, it formed a joint venture with Druk Green Power Corporation (DGPC) of Bhutan to develop the 1,125 MW Dorjilung Hydro Power Project, marking a major milestone in regional power collaboration. Additionally, the company is managing complex legacy regulatory matters, including the alignment of its Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) subsidiary with new regulatory asset liquidation timelines.

The Transmission and Distribution business remains a cornerstone of the company’s operations, contributing the highest segment revenue of ₹41,338.59 crore for the fiscal year, underscoring the company’s vital role in India’s power infrastructure.
