Financial Performance Overview

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, V-Guard Industries recorded a standalone revenue of ₹5,691.78 crore, compared to ₹5,308.87 crore in the previous year. The standalone net profit for the year stands at ₹259.37 crore. On a consolidated basis, the revenue reached ₹5,965.78 crore, with the profit for the year attributable to equity holders of the parent company at ₹308.33 crore.

Dividend and Shareholder Information

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (150% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26. If approved by shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting, this dividend will be disbursed on or before September 9, 2026. The AGM is set to take place on August 11, 2026, via video conferencing.

Strategic Appointments and Corporate Updates

The company has strengthened its board with the appointment of Ms. Usha Sunny as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective until May 11, 2031. Furthermore, V-Guard has allotted 87,239 equity shares to employees who exercised their stock options under the ESOS 2013 scheme.
